The Unpersona approach

Clarity before
the next step.

Private support with content removal, for you or someone you represent. Start with the situation. We assess the enquiry and agree the scope before work begins.

01 / Scope

What we help with.

These situations can overlap. You don’t need to choose the perfect category to enquire.

AI deepfakes

Synthetic or altered content that appears to depict you. Describe where it appears and what makes it misleading; the original files aren’t needed to begin.

Private leaks

Private images or videos shared without your permission. Describe where you encountered them, if known, without attaching the material.

Reuploads

Copies appearing again, or across multiple accounts and platforms. Share the locations you already know; a complete list is not needed for an initial enquiry.

Impersonation

Accounts or posts presenting themselves as you. The account or post link, if known, helps explain the situation.

02 / Process

From enquiry to response.

  1. Describe the situation.

Begin with a brief description, links if known, and a safe way to reach you. You can enquire for yourself or someone you represent.

  2. Agree the scope.

A person reviews your enquiry and discusses the next steps with you. Scope, fees and arrangements for handling any case material are agreed before work begins.

  3. Follow the response.

Depending on the agreed scope, support can include documenting where content appears, preparing platform removal requests and tracking responses.

Platform decisions and complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

03 / Representatives

For someone
you represent.

A manager or representative can make the first enquiry. Describe the situation without naming your client in the opening message.

Before sharing private material, agree what is needed, how it will be transferred and who will have access.

04 / Before you enquire

A few useful answers.

What happens when I open an email draft?

Your email application opens with a short, editable template. You choose what to include and when to send it. Opening the draft does not send a message, submit a case or start paid work.

What if I don’t have exact links?

Describe what you know, such as the platform or account involved. A brief description is enough to begin; you don’t need to assemble a complete evidence file first.

What should I leave out?

Please don’t send intimate images, identity documents, passwords or other people’s private information in the first message. Any handling arrangements should be agreed separately.

How are fees decided?

Scope and fees are agreed before work begins. The initial enquiry helps establish the situation and what support is being requested.

Can everything be removed?

Complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Platform decisions and the possibility of further copies affect what can be achieved. The agreed scope should make clear which actions are included.

Website privacy notice · Updated 29 October 2026

This notice explains this website and its contact options. Arrangements for handling a case, including sensitive material, should be confirmed separately before you share it.

01 / What this page collects

There is no message submission, account registration or file upload on this website. This website does not store your enquiry or include advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Fonts and artwork are served with the website.

The optional brief preparation tool processes your description and link list in your browser. It does not fetch those links, submit your inputs or save your brief in website storage. Its clear control removes the inputs and prepared text from the page; copies you make in your clipboard, email or downloaded text files remain outside the tool. The selected case category and enquiry role can carry into the tool through a link fragment, which is not sent in the page request and is removed after the tool opens. Descriptions and case links are not put into that fragment.

02 / Hosting and connection data

This website is served through Vercel. The hosting platform may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the page, such as connection information and access logs. Platform sign-in and cookies are separate from this page’s code.

03 / When you contact us

The review buttons show contact options when supported, including a message template. Email links open your email application with contact@unpersona.com as the recipient. The draft can be edited in your email application, or copied into your preferred email service. Category and enquiry-type choices are used only to prepare the draft on this page. Clicking a link does not submit a case or send a message automatically. Your email application and provider handle the message you choose to send.

04 / Keep the first message minimal

Send a brief description and a safe way to reach you. Do not attach intimate images, identity documents, passwords or other people’s private information. Ordinary email should not be treated as a secure evidence-upload channel.

05 / Before sharing case material

Confirm what information is needed, the transfer method, who will have access, and when it will be deleted. These arrangements need to be agreed directly for your case. Email services have their own privacy and security practices.

06 / Questions about your information

Contact contact@unpersona.com to ask about an enquiry you have sent, or to request a correction or deletion. Include only the details needed to identify the enquiry; please do not resend sensitive attachments.
